Refund & Cancellation Policy

At HVAC Breeze, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") we want you to be satisfied with our heating, cooling, and indoor air quality services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how appointments, cancellations, and refunds are handled.

1. Scheduling & Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance by calling +1 (917) 998-7812 or emailing info@hvacbreeze.com. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments where our technician is unable to gain access, may be subject to a trip or cancellation fee.

2. Diagnostic & Service Call Fees

Diagnostic or service call fees, where applicable, cover the cost of dispatching a technician to assess your system and are generally non-refundable once the visit has been completed. Any such fee will be communicated to you before your appointment is confirmed.

3. Completed Services

Because HVAC services involve labor and, in many cases, parts and materials that are installed or consumed, completed services are generally non-refundable. If you are not satisfied with the workmanship of a completed repair, please contact us within the applicable workmanship warranty period and we will work to make it right, which may include re-performing the affected work.

4. Equipment & Parts

Installed equipment and parts are covered by the manufacturer's warranty and, where offered, our workmanship warranty. Returns of special-order or installed equipment may not be possible or may be subject to manufacturer restocking fees. Any applicable equipment warranty terms will be provided at the time of service.

5. Maintenance Plans

Maintenance plan fees may be paid up front or on a recurring basis. If you cancel a maintenance plan, any prepaid amount for services not yet performed may be refunded on a prorated basis, less the value of any services or benefits already used. Please contact us to discuss cancellation of a maintenance plan.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or discuss a concern, contact us with your name, service address, date of service, and a description of the issue. We will review your request and respond promptly. Approved refunds are issued using the original method of payment where possible.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent version.
