HVAC Breeze provides residential and light-commercial heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and indoor air quality services, including AC repair and installation, heating and furnace service, maintenance plans, and related products. Descriptions of services on the Site are for general information and do not constitute a binding offer. All work is subject to a written estimate and your authorization.

2. Estimates, Pricing & Payment

We provide estimates based on the information available at the time of assessment. Actual costs may vary if additional work, parts, or conditions are discovered. We will communicate any material changes before proceeding. Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods indicated at the time of service.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointment times are estimates and may be affected by weather, emergencies, or other factors outside our control. Cancellation and rescheduling terms are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Warranties

Workmanship warranties, where offered, are described at the time of service. Manufacturer warranties on equipment and parts are provided by the respective manufacturers and are subject to their terms. Except as expressly stated, services and products are provided "as is" and we disclaim all other warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the equipment and areas needed to perform the service, to disclose known hazards, and to provide accurate information. Delays or additional costs caused by inaccurate information or lack of access are your responsibility.
